Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 loaves canned French bread
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage (whatever flavor you prefer)
1 peg. LOL Smokier sausages
6 cups grated cheese - pizza blend, mozzarella, etc.
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 can chopped black olives (optional)
Other optional ingredients: mushrooms, pepperoni slices, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook all sausages and drain. Slice LOL smokier into small slices and cut large link sausage into slices that are then quartered. Chop Jimmy Dean into small pieces like ground beef. Chop bell pepper.

Unroll French loaves onto nonstick cookie sheets. Layer sausage, grated cheese, bell peppers, and other ingredients. Wrap dough around ingredients to form a "stuffed" loaf. (Be careful because the dough tears. The good news is you can mash it back together pretty easily)

Bake for the length of time specified on the bread label or until bread is crispy and golden brown, usually somewhere around 25-30 minutes. Slice with a serrated knife and serve warm.
