2 slices sourdough bread
1 egg
1 to 2 Pepper Jack cheese slices
Butter
2 slices bacon

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, fry bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels. Drain bacon grease from skillet.

Cut a hole in the center of one slice of bread. Butter it on both sides and place in skillet.
Crack the egg into the hole of the bread. Partially cook egg and brown toast. Flip the bread and brown again. Stack bacon slices and pepper jack cheese on top of the bread with hole in it.

Butter one side of the remaining bread and place on top of egg, bacon, and cheese, buttered side up. Flip and toast until top slice of bread is golden brown.

I saw this recipe on Good Morning America and it reminded me of similar breakfast i had ordered from Cracker Barrel. Fast and Easy!
