2/3rds cup full cream
500 gms of good quality chocolate buttons (200 dark and 300 milk)
2 capfuls of pure vanilla essence
1 king size block of black forest chocolate
40g unsalted butter
Cadbury's drinking chocolate (to roll in)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring cream to the boil, turn off.
Place chocolate buttons in metal bowl and pour over the hot cream. Let sit for 30 seconds, then stir till smooth. Add essence and butter.
Carefully fold in the chopped up black forest chocolate. Do not over mix.
Place in fridge for 1 - 2 hours then roll into balls and roll in drinking chocolate or if you want extremely rich truffles, roll in cocoa. Enjoy!
