2 small pkgs. apricot Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
2 c. crushed pineapple, drain & save juice
2 large bananas, mashed
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour
3 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. Dream Whip made as directed on package
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve apricots Jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water set a side. Dissolve marshmallows in 1 cup boiling water and combine with the Jello. Add 1& 1/2 cups cold water. When partly jelled mix in the drained crushed pineapple, mashed bananas and mandarin oranges. Pour into a 8x12 dish and refrigerate.
Topping
Cook until thick pineapple juice, sugar, egg (beaten),flour, and butter. When thick whisk in cream cheese then let cool. Prepare dream whip as directed on package and fold into the cooled mixture and spread over harden Jello.
