2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
Garlic powder
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and cut up artichoke hearts. Mix all ingredients together in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle parsley on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Don't let it get too brown, just bubbly. Serve with crackers. Can be halved for smaller group.
