Sauce:
8 T. soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. ground pepper
4 tsp. light brown sugar
4 T. olive oil
2 tsp. ground ginger
4 pork tenderloins 1-2 to 3/4 lbs each.
Remove fat

Directions:
Combine all except meat in a zip-loc bag and shake until blended. Place the tenderloins in bag and let them marinate for several hours. Turn bag.
Drain and place on a broiler pan 6 inches beneath broiler. Broil for 12 to 15 minutes until center is light pink. Slice and serve.
Or bake 425º for 20 minutes per pound

You may want to use low sodium soy sauce.
A pork tenderloin separates into two halves. This is plenty for this recipe.
