Cream together:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 oil

3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
4 T cocoa
sprinkle of cinnamon
3 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Using blender, cream sugar, margarine and oil. Add eggs one at a time. Sift together flour, baking soda and cocoa (cinnamon). Add alternatively with buttermilk to mixture. Add vanilla, zucchini and chocolate chips and mix well.

Bake at 325º in 9x13 grease and floured pan for 45 minutes. Eat plain or add your favorite chocolate frosting.
