1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup sour cream
1 egg
1-1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat brown sugar, butter and cream cheese until creamy. Add mashed bananas, sour cream and egg. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, chocolate chips, baking soda and baking powder. Mix well. Make a well in center of ingredients and pour banana mixture into well and mix just until moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.

Bake in preheated oven @ 325° for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done.
