2-1/2 lbs. flour
2 heaping T baking powder
3/4 lb. sugar (12 T)
1/2 lb. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 heaping T cocoa
3 sticks margarine
3 bars chocolate (Hershey's), chopped
Very strong, hot coffee
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate with a little of the coffee, let cool. Combine all dry ingredients. Make a well and add eggs, margarine. Using your hands, mix together with coffee until just stiff enough to form a ball the size of a walnut. Bake at 400º just long enough so that cookies do not sink in at the touch of a finger. Cool and frost with very thin frosting made with margarine, cocoa, powdered sugar and coffee. Let dry and then store.
