1 9 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
1 #2 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 small Jiffy Yellow Cake mix
1 egg
1/2 cup water
1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 cups milk
1 pk. Instant vanilla pudding mix
Chopped nuts

Directions:
Make Jiffy Yellow Cake according to directions. Bake in 9” x 13” pan for 20-25 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Mix cream cheese with 2 cups of milk until smooth. Add package of instant pudding and mix well. Place this on top of cool cake.
Spread drained pineapple on top of pudding. Spread Cool Whip over pineapple. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate until time to serve. Flavor improves as it sets, so this could be made a day ahead of time.
