Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Stanley's is a soul-food restaurant in Chicago and their fried chicken is out of this world. This recipe was featured in the Chicago Tribune several years ago. Stanley's has the best Sunday brunch ever, it's not expensive, and the stars are the fried chicken, corned beef hash and mac & cheese.
