Marinade:
1 small can pineapple juice
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 T. chopped chives
2 cloves garlic, minced

2 slabs of flank steak – cut marks like diamonds on each side

Directions:
Directions:
Mix marinade ingredients and pour over flank steak in covered glass dish or plastic bag. Make sure all sides of meat are coated. Refrigerate overnight. Grill over hot coals until desired temperature (rare, medium, well). Let rest and then diagonally slice.
Serve with buttered rice or buttered noodles.

Place meat and marinade in freezer bag and freeze. When needed, thaw and grill.
