1 box butterscotch pudding
1 large can crushed pineapple
4 chopped Granny Smith apples (with peel left on)
1 regular size fat free Cool Whip
½ c. peanuts

Directions:

Mix all and refrigerate. Before serving add the chopped peanuts.
1 c. serving = 1 point
