Crust:

1 cup flour
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
½ cup melted butter

Mix and press into pie tin. Bake at 350 degrees for about 18 minutes. Cool.

Filling:

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 Tbsp cornstarch

Cook until clear. Add:
3 Tbsp peach Jello
1 Tbsp butter

Directions:

Peel and slice 5 or 6 peaches and put into cooled crust. Pour glaze over peaches. Top with whipped cream.

My mom used to make this in the summer. I am not a fan of baked peach pie but I love this one with fresh peaches.
