1 boneless pork loin about 3 lbs.
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup applesauce
3 tbs Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
3 fresh rosemary sprigs

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Heat oil and brown roast. Place on roasting rack in roasting pan Combine applesauce, mustard and honey. Mix. spread on roast. Top roast with rosemary sprigs.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 13/4-2 hours or until meat thermometer reaches 160.
