1 c. milk (or 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 c. whipping cream)
2 T. sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
3/4 c. rock salt
1 gallon size zipper plastic bag
2 quart size zipper plastic bags
ice cubes
a hand towel

Directions:
Directions:
Pour into one of the quart sized bags the milk, vanilla, and sugar seal the bag making sure to remove as much air as possible. Now place the sealed bag into the second bag and seal tightly. Take the gallon bag and fill with ice leaving enough space for the sealed milk mixture bag to be placed inside. After placing the small bag into the large ice filled bag sprinkle the salt on top of the ice. Seal the bag tightly. Gently shake the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the ice cream begins to solidify. When the bags starts to get cold, hold it with the hand towel. Remove the ice cream once it has reached the proper consistency.. ENJOY!
