Ingredients:
7 eggs
1c. sugar
1c. vinegar
1c. water
4 Tbls. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the 7 eggs together, add the sugar, vinegar and water. I use my large iron skillet. Once it get to be the point that it is getting very warm turn the heat to med or low, but stir constantly to keep it from sticking to the bottom of your pan. Once it begins to bubble (the same as when you cook make cooked pudding) Let this cool and then add the mayonnaise.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I use my iron skillet because that's how my Mom showed me to make but I am sure you could any type of cooking vessel you would choice to use. After it cools down I not only add 4 Tbls. as the recipe calls for, I usually add several spoons because the recipe made like Grandma Keys is very thick when it is finished. So add as much mayonnaise as you like to get it too the right consistency for you. My Mother and Grandmothers use to use this mayonnaise on potato or macaroni salad. I still make it once in a while but we have all been so lax we just doctor up regular mayonnaise with a little vinegar, sugar, and yellow mustard.
