20 oz. Hershey Milk Chocolate Bars, chopped
1 (12oz) package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Cup salted Butter, cut into pieces
4 Cups Sugar
1 (12oz) can Evaporated Milk
2 1/2 Cups mini Marshmallows
4 Cups mini Marshmallows, frozen
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Pecans or Walnuts, chopped

In a large bowl. place coarsely chopped chocolate bars, chocolate chips, and butter pieces; set aside. In a large pan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, and 2 1/2 cups marshmallows. Bring to a boil over medium heat while stirring constantly. Continue to cook and stir at a light boil for 7 minutes.
Remove from heat and immediately pour over the chocolate/butter mixture. With a wooden spoon, stir until chocolate is melted and loses its shine. Don't worry if looks separated, just keep stirring. Stir in vanilla. Add frozen marshmallows and nuts. Spread into 2 9x13 buttered baking pans. Cool completely before cutting into 1" pieces. Store in airtight container.

Line pans with tinfoil instead of butter for more uniform pieces and less mess. Use a warm knife to cut fudge. Plastic knife works well too.
