Two or three avocados
One lime
Five largish garlic cloves, pressed
One onion
Three large tablespoons of Salsa
One cup full of the fresh cilantro
Two heaping teaspoons of cumin
One tomato cut into small pieces
1/2 cup of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut avocados in half, remove pit, scoop out with spoon into a bowl
Squeeze the juice from the limes into the bowl
Add pressed garlic cloves
Finely chop the onion and add
Add the salsa
Wash and finely chop the fresh cilantro, add to bowl
Add the cumin

Cut the ingredients with the large knife until the avocado chunks are small

Add the tomato and sour cream

Mix, add salt to taste

It sometimes comes out looking gray, so we'll add a few drops of green food color to improve the presentation

Dried cilantro works just as well - just add a teaspoons worth
