3/4c. cold water
1/4c. peanut oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1c. matzo meal
3 eggs
2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil, water, oil, salt, and sugar. Add matzo meal and beat vigorously. Remove from heat and allow to cool (about 15 minutes). Add eggs, one at a time mixing well. Let mixture stand a few minutes, then shape into balls. Bake on well-oiled baking sheet, 400ºF, 40 minutes.
