11 pita rounds 6 inch
1/3 c sundried tomatoes chopped
14 oz can quartered artichoke hearts chopped
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed or 12 oz fresh chopped
8 oz tub cream cheese
8 oz sour cream or Greek yogurt
3/4 c. Parm
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. feta crumbled or 4 oz fresh mozz
1/2 c. onion minced
1/2 c. mayo
1 T. red wine vinegar
1/4 t. pepper
2 gloves garlic minced

Oven 350º
Pita wedges with oil and bake 10 min until toasted
Combine other ingredients in slow cooker and cook 1 hour on low.
