1 lb. medium mushrooms
1/4 c. butter or margerine melted
1/3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbs. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. sliced pimento stuffed green olives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to broil. Remove stems from mushroom caps. Gently toss caps in melted butter in a small bowl. Place mushroom caps, cut side up, in a flat pan large enough to hold them in a single layer. Broil 3-5 mins. In a small bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs. Spoon the cheese mixture into the mushroom caps and top with an green olive. Place under broiler again for 3-5 mins. until cheese is melted and bubbly.
