4-5 pound pork tenderloin
6 carrots, peeled and cut into large pieces
6 red potatoes, quartered
1 pound fresh green beans
½ large white onion, sliced
2 TBSP garlic, minced
2 cups water
1 32 oz. can stewed tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork tenderloin in center of large roasting pot. Place all vegetables, garlic, tomatoes, and water around the tenderloin. Add salt and pepper, if desired.

Cook at 350º F for 2 hours with lid on roaster.
