2 pork chops
4 pitta bread
2 lemons
½ cup parsley, chopped

Directions:
Cut the pork chops in inch-sized cubes. Put 2 pieces of lean and one piece of fat alternately on the skewer, until you have about 6 pieces on each.
Sprinkle the pieces with salt. Cook under the broiler, turning them frequently so that they get cooked all over but remain nice and juicy.
Squeeze lemon juice on top of the souvlaki, and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with pitta bread.
