2 8 Ounce cans pineapple tidbits;
1 Cup chopped fresh apples;
2 Medium nectarines or peaches, chopped;
1/4 Cup sliced green onions;
2 Tablespoons light ginger flavored soy sauce;
4 Cups cooked brown rice

Directions:
Directions:
Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes. Thread meat onto each skewer keeping 1/4 inch between each piece. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine salsa ingredients; refrigerate until ready to serve. Grill kabobs over medium-hot coals 10-15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve kabobs over rice with salsa on the side.
