6 eggs (beaten)
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp sugar
2 TBSP whiskey (Jack Daniels or Jim Beam)
3 1 oz pkgs dry yeast
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, add flour, salt and sugar. Blend together with wooden spoon. Push flour mixture to walls of bowl, forming a divet. Pour eggs over flour mixture and mix by hand. Add yeast mixture and continue to mix by hand. Then add whiskey to mixture, continuing to mix by hand. Put a light layer of flour of mixture and cover with a towel until doubled in size.

Pull off random pieces and shape into a donut. Fry at 300-350º F in 3 cups of vegetable oil until golden brown.

Dust with powdered sugar or cinnamon/sugar.
