4 veal cutlets
3 onions sliced think
1 clove garlic minced
6 tbsp butter
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1c boiling water
1 tsp dry mustard
3 tsp paprika
3 tbsp parsley flakes
1c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dust veal lightly with flour.
Saute onions and garlic in 4 tbsp butter.
Place in bowl and add bouillon, water mustard, paprika and parsley. Add remaining butter to pan and brown veal. Add onion mixture. Cover and cook 30 min's.
Take off heat and add sour cream.
Serve with egg noodle's
