3 cups mashed potatoes (can use instant)
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Spread potatoes into a lightly greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with sour cream; sprinkle with bacon. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 300º F for 30 minutes.
