5 eggs
2 tbsp melted margarine/butter
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup crushed Pork Rinds (I use a little more than this)
1 can chopped green chilies
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or whatever)
8 oz. cottage cheee (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with whip, add melted butter, baking powder and whip until baking powder is dissolved. Stir in rest of ingredients. Pour into 9 or 10” greased pie plate. Cook at 400° for 10 minutes, then 350° for an additional 20 minutes until set.
