1 & 1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup flour
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 carton whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl,combine milk,flour,eggs and sugar.Beat with a rotary beater until well mixed.Heat a lightly greased 6 inch skillet.Remove from heat.Spoon in 2 tablespoons of the batter,lift and tilt the skillet to spread batter.Return to heat.Brown on one side only.Invert pan over plate and remove crepe.Repeat with remaining batter, greasing skillet occasionally.Place your favorite kind of fruit or jam on crepe and roll crepe up.Place several crepes on one plate and top with whipping cream and serve. Whip cream according to directions.
