Ingredients:  
1 lb. mild bulk sausage
6 slices toast
6 eggs
2 cups milk
½ t. dry mustard
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Quarter toast. Beat remaining ingredients together. In a casserole, layer ½ toast, sausage and sprinkle ½ cheese. Pour ½ custard over layers. Repeat.

Cover. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Best when made 24 hours ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
