3 T olive oil
3 T flour
¼ c onion, diced
½ Marsala wine
1 T garlic, chopped
1 ½ c beef stock
½ pound sliced mushrooms
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add olive oil to heavy hot saucepan. Add onions, garlic, mushrooms, sauté until mushrooms are tender. Add flour and cook about 1 min. then deglaze pan with Marsala wine. Add beef stock and cook until thick and flavors are blended.

I have used this to reheat smoked pork chops and it was excellent. Can us for beef and chicken, too.
