1 cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs, beaten
¼ cup Vinegar
¼ cup Water
1Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Flour
Bananas, cut in thin slices
Peanuts, ground

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Vinegar and Water. Mix Sugar, Flour and Eggs; add to boiling Water and Vinegar. Cook until thick. Remove from heat and add Butter. Cool.

Place a layer of Bananas in a dish; cover with a layer of the Dressing then add some Ground Nuts. Continue layering until dish is filled.

From Belinda Kramer Marsh: This recipe was found in the hand-written recipe book written by my great grandmother, Laura Pryfogle Sheffer and was also found in the recipe book of my mother, Marian Ewing Kramer. Mother prepared this salad often when I was young.
