Ingredients:  
1 cup brown sugar
1 large can pear halves
2 T. curry powder
1 large can apricot halves
¾ stick butter
1 17 oz. can Bing cherries
1 large can chunk pineapple
1 large can peach halves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, curry and butter; cook to form syrup. Drain all fruits thoroughly. Arrange fruit in 3 qt. casserole in 2 layers, pouring syrup over each layer. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Chill for at least 8 hours before serving.
