1 1/3 c sugar
6 Tbsp butter
6 Tbsp milk
Mix together in a saucepan.
Boil 3 minutes- NO LONGER.
Take off the heat- stir in 1 tsp vanilla & 1 c chocolate chips. Beat well.
Directions:

Pour over hot cake or brownies.
LET SET til hardened.

I got this recipe from a truck drivers wife, who used to bring in brownies to Keene's Transfer when I worked there. This frosting is the BEST!
