2lbs summer squash
1can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese,grated
1 small onion
6 oz sour cream
1 cup shredded carrots
1 pkg instant stuffing
1 stick of margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Slice summer squash and chopped onion. Boil until tender,add shredded carrots,sour cream,cheese and soup and set aside. Mix stick of margarine and stuffing mix with seasoning (dry,no water). Spread 1/2 of stuffing mixture in bottom of casserole,cover with wet mixture and cover with remaining stuffing mix.bake at 325 for 25 to 30 minutes.
