1 c Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c All-purpose flour
2 T Butter
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix cheese, flour and butter in a large bowl with your fingertips. Add just enough water to make a stiff dough. Don't over mix. Roll dough into small (3/4-inch) balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake about 15 minutes until lightly browned. Makes about 20.
