Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 10 oz. bags croutons or about 1 1/2 loafs of stall bread pulled into small pieces.
1 c. celery, diced (2 or 3 stalks)
1/4 c. onions, diced (1 or 2 sm onions)
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. butter, melted
2-3 eggs, beaten
1 or 2 jars of chicken or beef gravy (If you don't have dripping from whatever meat you are having)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onions and celery in butter till the onions are transparent. Mix bread, celery, onions, salt, pepper and butter together. Add eggs, your mixture needs to be damp enough to hold together when you are forming the balls. Form into 2" or so balls. I usually fit the ball into the palm of my hand. palms together gets you a nice size ball. Place in a 9x12 baking pan. Pour gravy over balls and bake at 350º for about 1/2 hour. Makes about 16 Stuffing balls

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can bake your stuffing without the gravy. Cover them with foil to bake. They will become nicely browned but a little too dry for my taste. That is why I always make gravy with them. Enjoy! My family loves stuffing balls.
