2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 can large crushed pineapple with syrup, do not drain
½ cup nuts
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Icing
1 stick butter
1 8oz. cream cheese
1 ¾ cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
nuts

Cake
Mix all ingredients together and bake 25 minutes at 350 in a 13x9x2 pan.

Icing
Cream together butter, cream cheese and vanilla until well blended. Add powdered sugar slowly until blended. Add nuts last on top of iced cake.

Ice cake while hot!!

Easy and quick cake to make that is really good! Made this a lot when I did the concession stand at the auction.
