Pork roast or shoulder (cut up into bite size pieces)
1 can peas
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork pieces into a large skillet or pan add a little olive oil and brown meat until you also have the bottom of your pan a nice brown coating. Add tomato soup and tomatoes sauce and simmer 30 to 45 min. Drain the can of pea's and add to the sauce right before you are ready to serve it. We always had mashed potatoes with this dish.

I'm not sure where this recipe came from originally but my Mom used to make it pretty often when I was growing up. She used Pork shoulder, which would not have been too expensive and so I am sure that was why we had it so often. My brother Jim and i just love it but my sister Carol doesn't like it at all.
