3-oz. bag shrimp or crab boil
3 T. Old Bay Seasoning
3 lb. small new potatoes
4 - 5 ears corn, husked and cut in 1 1/2 - 3 inch pieces
2 lb. spicy smoked sausage (kielbasa or andouille) diagonally sliced in 1" pieces
3 - 4 lb. medium to large unpeeled shrimp (preferably heads on)
3 - 4 lemons, halved
snipped fresh Italian parsley (flat leaf)
cocktail sauce or other sauce

Directions:
1. in a 12-16 qt pot, bring 2 gallons of water to boil
2. add shrimp or crab boil and Old Bay seasoning; reduce heat.
3. simmer uncovered 10 min
4. add potatoes, a few at a time, allowing water to continue simmering
5. simmer 7 - 10 min, until nearly tender
6. add corn; simmer uncovered 5 min
7. add sausage and shrimp, simmer 3-5 min, until shrimp are opaque (do not over cook shrimp) and sausage is heated through.
8. drain
9. transfer to a large platter. Add lemon halves (squeezing some over the shrimp), parsley
10. serve hot or within 1 hour of cooking
