1 1/2 C fresh rhubarb chopped
1 can Welch's frozen white grape juice, thawed
3 1/2 cans water
1/2 C frozen strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Blend rhubarb with 2 cans of water.
Strain into a pitcher squeezing out all the juice.
Add grape juice + 1 1/2 more cans of water, stir.
Rinse blender and + back 2 cups liquid mixture.
Add frozen berries, blend till smooth.
Mix all together & serve.

This has been the beverage of choice at many showers. I have a Filipino friend who absolutely loves this. I think of her & this drink all through rhubarb season.
