2 C fresh sliced strawberries
1 C craisins, dried cranberries or cherries soaked in boiling water till cooled to remove sugar coating
1/2 C red onion finely chopped
1 C maple glazed pecans and or pine nuts
Toss together

Strawberry Poppyseed Dressing:
5 T natural cane sugar (florida crystals)
3 T lemon juice 1/2 C grapeseed oil
2 T lime juice 3-5 strawberries
1 tsp salt 1 T poppyseeds
1 T balsamic vinegar 2 tsp red onion
Whiz all ingredients in blender
