1/2 c seedless red raspberry fruit spread
3 T balsamic vinegar
2 T olive or grapeseed oil

Simmer on low heat until fruit spread melts. Let stand till cools.

Salad: baby greens
bartlett pears cut up ( toss with lemon juice)
toasted almonds
