5-6 shallots root end cut off
1 t djion mustard
1/2 c olive or grapeseed oil
juice of 1 orange
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt to taste

Drizzle oil over shallots and wrap in foil. Roast 25-35 minutes. Cool then whiz all ingredients in the blender.
