3 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/3 cup butter, softened
Dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. instant espresso powder
Milk to thin, if needed

Directions:

Sift together confectioners' sugar and cocoa; set aside. Heat cream in saucepan or microwave, then stir in espresso powder to dissolve. Allow to cool. Using an electric mixer, mix all ingredients together until smooth, adding a few teaspoons of milk at a time if frosting seems too thick.
