2 chicken breast
2 bay leaves
1 bag navy beans (small bag)
2 cans chopped chilies (small)
1 8oz bar Monterrey jack cheese with jalapeņos

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight. Put bay leaf and chicken in pot and cover with water. Add salt to taste. Cook until chicken is done. Remove bay leaf and chicken. Set aside. Place beans in chicken broth and cook beans until they are done, approximate. 2 hours. While cooking and after chicken is cooled, but chicken into chunks.

After beans are done, add chicken chunks, and chilies and mix well. Bring to a boil. Add cheese by cutting it into thin slices, allowing it to melt rapidly. Turn heat down to simmer. Chili is done when all of the cheese is melted. CAUTION: do not boil after you add the cheese, you must simmer
