Orzo, Oleo or Butter, Mushrooms, Onion Soup Mix, Almonds

Directions:
Directions:
1 box Orzo (a noodle that looks like rice).
Boil carefully until softened and then drain water off (can use strainer) - don't overcook.
Add:1 tbsp of oleo or butter, 1 small can drained mushroom pieces (optional), 1 package of onion soup mix and 1/4 cup slivered almonds.
Put in deep baking casserol dish and cover tightly with silver foil.
Bake in oven at 350-375º for approximately 1 hour.
Leftover can be refrigerated - add a little water to reheat in microwave or oven.
