3 or 4 large onions
1 stick butter
3 tablespoons sweet milk
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, saute onions in butter. Drain and save butter. Mix onions, cheese, milk and salt. Pour into baking dish. Crush crackers and mix in pan with onion butter. Put cracker mix on top on onion mixture and bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes.
