2 cans condensed milk
4 tbsp flour
4 -5 tbsp fat (use fat from sausage) add margarine if needed.
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan on low to medium heat,
make roux by heating fat/grease and stirring in flour. Adjust flour/grease for proper consistency to avoid lumps. continue stirring and add the 2 cans condensed milk, followed by 1 - 2 cups of milk (Depending on how much gravy you want). Add salt & pepper to taste. Stir until boiling and thick.

When I make fried chicken I use the fat after frying the chicken. By using the fat from the meat it gives it flavor.
